Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StoreXray grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the StoreXray Chrome Extension within your local Chromium browser. StoreXray operates exclusively as a client-side browser automation and spreadsheet compilation utility: all HTTP requests to publicly accessible storefront JSON endpoints (/products.json), spreadsheet formatting (.xlsx / .csv), and image archive bundling (.zip) occur directly within your local device memory without intermediary StoreXray servers.
2. 4-Tier License Structure, Monthly Quotas & Bulk Image .ZIP Allocations
StoreXray enforces deterministic local quota rules per calendar month (YYYY-MM) via QuotaTracker based on your active license tier:

Re-exporting the exact same storefront domain within the same calendar month does not consume an additional store slot from your monthly quota.
3. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy / Stripe) & 1-Click Cancellation
- Authorized Merchant of Record: All financial transactions, recurring billing cycles, tax calculations (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), and receipts are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC / Stripe, Inc. acting as our authorized Merchant of Record.
- 1-Click Self-Serve Cancellation: Pro Monthly ($19.99/mo) and Pro Annual ($199.00/yr) subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time in 1 click without contacting support via the Customer Billing Portal or the
Manage / Cancel Subscriptionlink in the extension header. - Fair Refund Policy: Because StoreXray provides a generous Free Community Tier (3 stores/month) allowing full validation of storefront compatibility prior to purchase, paid license keys that have already been activated and used to export full enterprise workbooks are generally non-refundable, except where required by statutory consumer law or in verified cases of technical incompatibility reported within 7 days of purchase.
4. Public E-Commerce Data & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
StoreXray is a local data interoperability, market research, and competitive intelligence utility designed to structure publicly broadcast e-commerce catalog metadata (Storefront Public Metadata). By using StoreXray, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Third-Party Intellectual Property Ownership: StoreXray claims no ownership over third-party product titles, descriptions, brand names, registered trademarks, or product photographs accessed through your browser. All such assets remain the sole property of their respective merchant owners.
- Sole End-User Commercial Liability: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of exported
.xlsx/.csvdata and downloaded.zipimage archives complies with applicable copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and e-commerce platform laws. StoreXray must not be used to publish counterfeit storefronts or infringe third-party intellectual property rights. - No Affiliation with Shopify Inc.: StoreXray is an independent B2B software suite and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Shopify Inc., Alibaba Group, or Google LLC.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & License Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) publicly share, resell, or leak Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, or Founding Agency license keys on public forums or key-sharing sites; (b) tamper with, decompile, or bypass the local QuotaTracker or cryptographic license verification mechanisms; or (c) use StoreXray to launch denial-of-service (DoS) traffic against any merchant storefront. StoreXray incorporates automated 6-worker concurrency throttling and polite retry backoff specifically to protect target storefront stability.
6. FTC Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party B2B Deep Links
In accordance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255, you acknowledge that certain B2B sourcing and partner hyperlinks generated inside StoreXray (including Wholesale Factory Search links to Alibaba/AliExpress, B2B dropshipping platforms, and Shopify Partner trial links) include affiliate referral identifiers (utm_source=storexray_affiliate). These links activate exclusively when voluntarily clicked by the user (zero background injection or cookie stuffing) and result in zero additional cost to you.

Because independent e-commerce merchants may modify, restrict, or disable their public /products.json endpoints at their sole discretion, StoreXray does not warrant uninterrupted extraction compatibility with every custom website on the internet.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall StoreXray, its developers, or its Merchant of Record be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, business interruption, or intellectual property disputes arising from User's commercial use of exported catalogs). StoreXray's total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total license fees actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
